Construction Management

The role of TRITEC as Construction Manager is to represent the Owner's interests. These interests include timely completion of the project, within the budget, and in conformance with the contract requirements. To effectively accomplish these objectives, TRITEC provides schedule information, contract price breakdown, manpower utilization plans and technical submittals. TRITEC manages schedule and costs with extreme efficiency through proven technology and hands-on management of all aspects of construction.
