Preconstruction Services
The goal in Preconstruction is to develop a defined scope
of work, based upon input from both the Architect and Owner, in which we can
outline the cost parameters & scheduling criteria to provide the owner with
a detailed understanding of both the financial aspect and time frame of the
project.
TRITEC’s careful coordination of preconstruction services
helps to keep our Clients involved and informed in the entire design and construction
process. TRITEC has architects on staff to assure our clients that their program,
budget, and schedule will be maintained, and that the sensitivity and respect
for the architect's design and vision is upheld, throughout the preconstruction

Construction Management
The role of TRITEC as Construction Manager is to represent
the Owner's interests. These interests include timely completion of the project,
within the budget, and in conformance with the contract requirements. To effectively
accomplish these objectives, TRITEC provides schedule information, contract
price breakdown, manpower utilization plans and technical submittals. TRITEC
manages schedule and costs with extreme efficiency through proven technology
and hands-on management of all aspects of construction.

Design Build
TRITEC creates a team that consists of design professionals
and our in-house Preconstruction and Construction management staff. This team
packages all design, construction, and coordination aspects of the project providing
